Inhale slowly through your nose for a count of 4.
Hold your breath for 4 seconds.
Exhale gently through your mouth for a count of 6.
Repeat the cycle for 2–5 minutes.
Why It Works:
Slows heart rate and calms the body
Helps quiet racing thoughts
Grounds you in the present moment
When to Use It:
Before a stressful event
During moments of anxiety
At the start or end of your day
Small pauses in the day can make a big difference in how you feel.
